The fact this is the official thread has never been in question...but after I posted a summary of the rules from this thread (when it was about 10 pages smaller) Paul G. indicated that an official published FAQ was coming. He said: Thanks for the work, but you should have asked me first as there is something official in the pipeline.Either plans have changed (and we haven't been informed) or it's a very long pipeline.
