What do you mean by "after I used the white die"? If you haven't rerolled the dice in the source yet, then you haven't used Mana Storm yet.
Sorry. The details of that particular game are sketchy now. How about this...
Lets say that at the start of turn, the source is Green, White, Black, Black, Black, Black.
Lets say I don't use Mana Search at the start of my turn and instead use the Green die to power a card like tranquility which lets me draw two new cards. Then lets say I play Mana Draw to use a second die to power another card. Can I use Mana Search now seeing as I didn't before?
I don't have my copy handy, but I believe the text on the card says something like "before you take a die from the source, you may re-roll two of them"... So it can be read a couple of ways.
