The above was from the first post here, yet, in your very excellent video you give a different answer. Which is correct? (I think it is the video)?

I don't know what video this is, but the numbers of dice and units for each game are "actual players plus 2." The dummy player doesn't count, so it's 3 for solo with a dummy. 4 for two players, whether cooperative or competitive. And so on.

Page 3 of the Rulebook: "The right part is the Source. Roll as many mana dice as there are actual players plus 2, and place them there." and "Reveal as many cards from the Regular (silver) Unit deck as there are actual players plus 2."
