What would be the criteria for including questions from this thread into the FAQ, if someone were to attempt that?
- Anything that's been asked and looks like it has a satsifactory answer?
- Only things that have been answered by you (and are thus official)?
- Only things for which your answer is not just a reference to the existing rules?
- Something else...
