Right -- and the game walkthrough is only intended to assist players on their first play. It is not the rulebook.
That is not the case. All rules are either in the rulebook or on the cards themselves.
It has probably been discussed back in the archives of this thread somewhere, but for reference, and with added emphasis:
[q="Vlaada at http://boardgamegeek.com/thread/746781/rulebook-and-walkthro..."]So, it is why there is Walkthrough. It explains the rules in detail, in the most natural way, i.e. in the order in which you encounter them in your first game. For purposes of readability and bearable length, it ignores some advanced concept you will not need, and it also does not contain special cases that happen only rarely. However, the right use of this book, as I imagined it, was "Read it, play the first scenario, and then never open it again, unless you want to explain the game to other people." There is nothing more for you. All the rules are in Rulebook, and now, when you played the first scenario and you understand the concepts, you should be able to diggest them in that condensed form.

When searching for some rule, ignore the Walkthrough. Use the Rulebook only (and Site Description card, if it is a site related rule).
