No, it's all enemies that were grouped into the particular attack for which this card was used. Remember that you can attack enemies individually or group them (in which case they share resistances). So if you group several enemies and defeat them with an attack that includes Chivalry, you'll get a pile of fame/rep.
That's what I thought I was saying: for the enemies attacked by the card would mean the enemy or group of enemies that the card attacks..... my apologies if I was unclear.
