I don't think this is exactly true. As said, planning talks about cards, without specifying wounds, but wounds you can use wounds. Of course, you can draw a wound with tranquility. So there are some card effects that refer to cards and can be used with wounds.Edit: What about meditation or long night? I think they apply to wounds as well, but with this interpretation of preparation, we should divide the discard pile into wounds and no-wounds.
