6. with the tactic where i can search for any card in the deep deck and take it to your hand, may you take a wound card if it is usefull for you?
Preparation: When you take this Tactic, search your deck for any one card and put it in your hand, then shuffle your deck.
So, I don't think you can.
Paul's response here seems wrong. It's inconsistent with the similar situations that you identify (e.g., hand size always includes Wounds). The walkthrough provides the aforementioned shortcut so that players will remember that they don't get to use Wounds as freely as other cards. But the walkthrough is not the rulebook, and this is what the rulebook has to say about when Wounds are not-so-useful (p. 4):
6. Some card effects order you to pay extra mana of some color,
or to discard (put to your discard pile) or throw away (remove
from the game) another card. These effects cannot be played if
you are unable to do this.
a. Wound cards can be never discarded or thrown away this
way, unless the effect explicitly allows so. Thus “any card”
refers to any card in your hand, except Wound cards.
Also this (p. 5):
1. If an effect tells you to discard a card, put the discarded card
into your discard pile. You may never discard a Wound card,
unless the effect explicitly allows it.
That's it. The rulebook never makes any blanket statement that Wounds cannot be "any card" or "a card." Therefore, the rules do not exclude a Wound from being found via Preparation.
